Even though I love you dearly,
And even though you love me too.
There is an end to this, and clearly,
Life wants to separate us two.

Einu ir mąstau, kaip sunku mąstyti.
Einu ir matau, kaip sunku matyti.
Einu ir girdžiu, kaip sunku girdėti.
Einu ir užuodžiu, kaip sunku užuosti.

You showed me this world's true shape.
And even tho I am a simple ape,
You wouldn't be able to guess...
But I digress,
But I digress.

Atsibudau, nors gal nereikėjo?
Atsikėliau, nors gal nereikėjo?
Kaip paukštis katino bijo,
Taip ir aš šio baisaus gyvio:

You live your life as though it's real.
And all ur heartbreak within you just want to seal...
You do believe, about an afterlife.
An afterlife on earth.
And then you say to me:
"I want to be your wife"
